Suite5 in DIGITISE

Suite5's role in DIGITISE is to spearhead the development of the Data Platform, as well as manage the delivery of the energy related pretrained analytics services for the project. Suite5 will also play a key part in advancing the data sharing mechanisms as part of the marketplace environment. Furthermore, Suite5 will be accountable for developing the VPP app for aggregators.

The EU-funded DIGITISE project leverages cutting-edge digital technologies and data-driven solutions to accelerate the clean energy transition, paving the way for a more sustainable and efficient energy future. A core objective of the project is to significantly improve digital literacy among consumers and prosumers, equipping them with the tools and knowledge to actively participate in digital energy activities, services, and markets. By combining deep expertise in energy systems, flexibility services, energy market dynamics, and human engagement within digital ecosystems, DIGITISE integrates state-of-the-art technologies into a comprehensive and scalable consumer empowerment framework. These technologies include innovative cross-sector services, digital twins, Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT)-enabled marketplaces, AI-driven analytics, advanced big data management, and enhanced interoperability and security protocols. This holistic framework is designed to ensure seamless interaction and collaboration among diverse stakeholders.

To validate its effectiveness, the framework will undergo rigorous testing in a dynamic living lab environment, complemented by four large-scale demonstration sites located in Croatia, Greece, Ireland, and Spain. These sites will involve a broad spectrum of participants, including consumers, prosumers, retailers, aggregators, and other key stakeholders, ensuring real-world applicability and impactful results. The project’s outcomes aim to foster a more inclusive, accessible, and resilient energy system, empowering individuals and communities to take an active role in shaping the future of energy.
