Correspondence. When you contact us by email, by telephone or through the contact form on this website, we process your contact details and the information you choose to include, in order to respond to your enquiry. Contact-form submissions are additionally stored within the website’s database at our hosting provider until handled and deleted.
Technical data. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for the operation and security of the website.
Website analytics. With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used (pages visited, approximate location, device and browser information). Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them in the cookie banner; details of each cookie are in our Cookie Policy.
Recruitment. If you apply for a position, we process your application to assess your candidacy; unsuccessful applications are deleted 12 months after the process concludes, unless you agree to a longer period.
We process correspondence to respond to your enquiry and to take steps towards any contract you request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), or on the basis of our legitimate interest in handling business communications (Article 6(1)(f)). Technical logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and available (Article 6(1)(f)). Analytics data is processed on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time via the cookie settings on this website. Recruitment data is processed to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
Personal data is handled on our behalf by service providers acting as processors: Top.Host (website hosting, with servers located in the EU), Cloudflare (content delivery, DNS and security services in front of this website, which involves processing visitors’ IP addresses and connection data to serve and protect the site) and Google (business email via Google Workspace, and Google Analytics where you have consented). Cloudflare and Google may process certain data outside the European Economic Area; such transfers are safeguarded by their certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and by Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle the matter and the business relationship it relates to. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a limited period in line with standard security practice. Analytics data is retained for the period stated in our Cookie Policy.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and to data portability where applicable. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in particular the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus, our lead supervisory authority, or the authority of your place of residence.
