Suite5 and the AI-DAPT consortium advance towards beta platform delivery, bringing together adaptive AI, science-driven modelling, explainability and human-centric intelligence.
The AI-DAPT consortium is meeting in Vilanova i la Geltrú, Spain, hosted by the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC), for its 6th physical plenary meeting. Suite5, as Technical Coordinator of the project, is working closely with consortium partners to advance the platform towards its next major milestones.
Moving towards beta delivery.
Following the successful completion of the project’s second review meeting, the consortium is putting the final touches on the beta version of the AI-DAPT platform. This represents an important step towards translating the project’s objectives into practical capabilities that can be validated and demonstrated through its pilots.
AI-DAPT’s approach brings together complementary capabilities designed to support more reliable, transparent and human-centric AI systems:

  • Adaptive AI: Developing AI capabilities that can respond to changing conditions and evolving operational requirements.
  • Science-driven AI and hybrid physics-based models: Combining data-driven intelligence with scientific knowledge and physics-based modelling to support more informed and robust predictions.
  • Observability and explainability: Improving the ability to monitor AI behaviour, understand its outputs and provide greater transparency into how systems operate.
  • Human-in-the-loop AI: Integrating human expertise, feedback and oversight into AI-supported processes and decision-making.

Together, these elements contribute to the project’s ambition to advance AI solutions that are not only technically capable, but also understandable, adaptable and relevant to real-world needs.
Planning for the year ahead.
Alongside the preparation of the beta release, the plenary provides an opportunity for partners to assess progress, align technical priorities and plan the activities for the year to come.
A central priority is to ensure that the platform’s capabilities translate into measurable, practical value through the AI-DAPT pilots. These pilots will play a key role in demonstrating how the project’s approach can address real-world challenges and validate the benefits of combining adaptive AI, scientific modelling, transparency and human involvement.
With the continued commitment of the consortium, AI-DAPT is progressing towards the next stage of development and the demonstration of its solutions in practice.
